The photographs on www.sports-photos.co.uk are produced on modern resin-coated photographic paper from a digital scan. Each has been improved after the scanning of the negative to remove faults such as small scratches or poor details in the shadows/highlights. The more recent images, approximately 2000 onwards, are actually shot on high quality digital cameras.

The later black and white photographs, because of the improvements in both the quality of modern films and the technology of modern camera lenses, are sometimes of superior quality (definition) than the earlier black and white images. All the black and white have a white border - a tradition with monochrome prints as have thecolour prints.

The staff photographers at A.S.P. (Associated Sports Photography) have always used the finest equipment and films of the time and therefore the photos are comparable to anything shot by their contemporaries. The work of ASP photographers has appeared in every daily newspaper (National & Provincial) in Great Britain since the agency was founded in the early 1970s.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the photographs, for whatever reason, we shall accept their return if sent back to us in the perfect condition that they were despatched by us. You must use our packaging in which to return the photos.
